Job summary

TechnipFMC in the UAE is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to monitor sales orders, create Delivery Notes in SAP, and coordinate shipments to ensure timely, accurate delivery. You will collaborate with warehouses, OSC, freight forwarders, and customers, handling customs documentation, Goods Release, PGI, and invoicing support while maintaining audit trails and inventory accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of logistics experience, UAE exposure (Jebel Ali preferred), SAP MM/SD knowledge, and

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics coordination and warehouse operations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP processes and international shipping documentation (import/export).
• Experience in UAE logistics environment, ideally with Jebel Ali Free Zone import/export and customs clearance.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Delivery Notes in SAP and hand over to warehouse for packing.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams on packing readiness, labeling, and collection handover requirements.
• Prepare shipping documents and coordinate Goods Release with customers for processing.
• Ensure trade compliance and document accuracy (HS codes, invoices, packing lists).
• Coordinate customs documentation with OSC for export/import shipments.
• Arrange shipment collection with freight forwarders to ensure timely pickup.
• Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Perform Post Goods Issue (PGI) in SAP and support invoicing.
• Prepare HS code summaries and inbound clearance with OSC and forwarders.
• Conduct physical review and post Goods Receipt in SAP for inventory records.
• Maintain shipment records and audit trails in SAP/shared systems.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and storage locations; monitor excess/obsolete stock.
• Resolve shipment and documentation issues and identify process improvements.
