Job summary

GMG is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Operations Officer to manage the full order-to-delivery lifecycle for our wholesale accounts in the UAE. You will handle order processing, shipment coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in order management, export coordination, and advanced Excel reporting, with experience using SAP/ERP systems and a background in retail or FMCG preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• 26 years of experience in customer operations, sales coordination, or export order management.
• Experience in retail and GCC region is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in Excel with advanced data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order processes for local and export wholesale accounts.
• Coordinate shipments and prepare export documentation.
• Provide daily/weekly customer reports on sales, stock, and delivery status.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Operations to optimize fulfilment flows.
