Job summary

Remote DXB is seeking an experienced sales professional in the UAE to lead key account sales across hospitality and retail segments. You will manage relationships with hotel decision-makers and retailers, drive renewals and product expansion, and coordinate scent installations and service schedules.

The role requires a strong track record in B2B sales, Arabic fluency, and proven ability to meet sales targets within the UAE market.

Qualifications

Must have proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong network with hotel decision-makers and retail partners in the UAE.
Fluency in Arabic and strong negotiation/relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Identify, approach, negotiate, and close new key accounts across hospitality and retail channels.
Manage long-term relationships with decision-makers at property, group, and retail-chain levels.
Drive contract renewals, product range expansion, and seasonal scent rotations.
Coordinate scent installation and service schedules with internal operations teams.
Secure product listings and monitor stock availability across retail partners.
Prepare weekly and monthly visit plans for hotels, retail stores, and distributors.
Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends.
