Job summary

Remote DXB is seeking an accomplished sales leader to drive revenue growth in the UAE. You will manage strategic accounts, pursue new business across public and private sectors, and coordinate proposals and tender processes with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 8-10 years in sales or business development, a track record of meeting targets, and fluency in English (Arabic a plus). This is a full-time, on-site position in Dubai with opportunities to engage government and large corporate

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management.
• Experience in Digital Transformation.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing strategic client relationships.
• Experience in tendering, proposal management, and contract negotiations.
• Experience working with government entities and large corporate clients.
• Fluency in English.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across public and private sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
• Coordinate the preparation and submission of proposals, quotations, and tender documentation.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, operations, legal, and product teams for seamless project handover.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
