Job summary

Remote DXB is seeking an experienced sales professional in the UAE to lead key account sales across hospitality and retail segments. You will manage relationships with hotel decision-makers and retailers, drive renewals and product expansion, and coordinate scent installations and service schedules.

The role requires a strong track record in B2B sales, Arabic fluency, and proven ability to meet sales targets within the UAE market.

• Fluency in Arabic and strong negotiation/relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, negotiate, and close new key accounts across hospitality and retail channels.
• Manage long-term relationships with decision-makers at property, group, and retail-chain levels.
• Drive contract renewals, product range expansion, and seasonal scent rotations.
• Coordinate scent installation and service schedules with internal operations teams.
• Secure product listings and monitor stock availability across retail partners.
• Prepare weekly and monthly visit plans for hotels, retail stores, and distributors.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in key account sales, B2B sales, or hospitality/FMCG sales
• Strong network with hotel decision-makers and retail partners in the UAE
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Valid UAE driving license
• Fluency in Arabic
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in scent marketing, home fragrance, or beauty and personal care
• Experience in hospitality supplies or hotel amenities
• Experience in FMCG or premium lifestyle products
