Remote DXB is seeking a Branch Sales Leader in Dubai to drive revenue growth and manage high-performance teams across the sales function. You will coach, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions to meet ambitious targets while ensuring top-tier client service and CRM discipline.

The role requires strong bilingual communication in Arabic and English, plus deep experience in investment, real estate, or hospitality sectors. Leadership and analytical skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch’s sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor individual and team performance and implement corrective action plans.
• Track Caribbean and European program performance independently.
• Ensure timely follow-up on FFP payments, invoices, and receipts.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to build a competent and motivated team.
• Ensure timely and professional lead response and proper CRM usage.
• Resolve client complaints efficiently while maintaining brand reputation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local campaigns.
