Ideal candidates have proven experience at Chef de Partie or junior sous level, a culinary degree or cert, and a passion for Mediterranean cuisine. Leadership, creativity, and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience at Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in fine dining or high-end restaurant.
• Culinary degree or relevant culinary certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and culinary techniques.
• Creativity, passion for food, attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef in recipe development and food preparation.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring top quality execution.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering and stock control.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic kitchen aligned with health & safety standards.
• Contribute to seasonal specials and adapt to a fast-paced kitchen.
