Ideal candidates have proven experience at Chef de Partie or junior sous level, a culinary degree or cert, and a passion for Mediterranean cuisine. Leadership, creativity, and teamwork are essential for success.

• Proven experience at Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in fine dining or high-end restaurant.
• Culinary degree or relevant culinary certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and culinary techniques.

Responsabilités

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef in recipe development and food preparation.

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following food safety and hygiene standards
• Contribute to the development of seasonal specials.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
• Adapt to a fast-paced and high-pressure kitchen environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience at least as Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a fine dining or high-end restaurant.
