Worldwiders in Dubai invites a seasoned Chef de Cuisine to lead a luxurious Mediterranean kitchen, crafting refined Southern European flavors in a high-end setting. This is a strategic role focused on culinary excellence, menu innovation, and team leadership.

You will mentor a talented culinary team, supervise procurement and hygiene standards, collaborate with front-of-house for a seamless guest experience, and uphold premium dining standards in a dynamic, upscale environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as Chef de Cuisine in luxury fine dining.
• Deep knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine: Southern Italian, Greek, French.
• Ability to design refined ingredient-driven menus rooted in tradition.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced high-end restaurants.
• Exposure to the Middle East market is a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead lunch and dinner kitchen operations in a fine dining Mediterranean restaurant.
• Develop and execute a modern Southern European menu with Italian, Greek, and French influences.
• Ensure flawless delivery of dishes with emphasis on presentation and consistency.
