Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or related hospitality discipline.
• 1–2 years' experience in a professional kitchen, ideally in luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Gather, measure, mix, and prepare meal ingredients, sauces, and seasonings per recipes.
• Wash, peel, chop vegetables, fruits, and meats with precision.
• Execute cooking techniques and plating as directed by the Demi Chef | Chef De Partie.
• Document inventory, monitor stock levels, notify supervisors of low stock.
• Operate kitchen equipment including ovens, stoves, grills, and fryers effectively.
• Follow food safety and hygiene practices per standard protocols.
