Banyan Tree Dubai is seeking a hands-on Junior Sous Chef to support the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations, delivering high standards of food quality, presentation and service.

In this luxury hotel, you'll lead and coach a culinary team, supervise sections, assist with menu development, kitchen hygiene, and collaborate with F&B and events to create memorable dining experiences.

Formación

• Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef within a luxury hotel, resort or high-end restaurant.
• Strong hands-on culinary skills with experience supervising junior colleagues.
• Good understanding of food quality, stock control, food cost and waste management.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety and hygiene standards.
• Culinary qualification or relevant professional certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Supervise Chef de Parties, Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs.
• Ensure dishes meet Banyan Tree Dubai standards for quality, taste and presentation.
• Assist with menu development and seasonal offerings.
• Coordinate with Stewarding, F&B and other hotel teams as needed.
