JA Hatta Fort Hotel in the mountains invites a Chef de Partie who is passionate about great food, obsessed with quality, and ready to bring energy, creativity, and consistency to every service.

You’ll own your section, support the Sous Chef, maintain top hygiene, and help control costs while working with a dedicated 5-star culinary team in a breathtaking setting near Dubai. Fluent English and a positive attitude are essential.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel.
• Culinary Diploma or Culinary Degree required.
• Intermediate Food Hygiene Certification required.

• Own your section and deliver exceptional dishes with confidence.
