Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent, preferably in Hospitality Management.
• Minimum 4 years experience in a similar leadership role within a quality hospitality environment.
• Strong understanding of restaurant, bar, banquet, and catering operations.
• Proven success launching promotions, concepts, and revenue-generating initiatives.
• Experience leading multicultural teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal.
