Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel.
• Culinary Diploma or Culinary Degree required.
• Intermediate Food Hygiene Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Own your section and deliver exceptional dishes with confidence.
• Support the Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Ensure every plate leaves the pass looking its best.
• Maintain top food safety and hygiene standards.
• Help control food costs, stock rotation, and kitchen efficiency.
• Step up and lead when needed.
