Job summary

JA Hatta Fort Hotel is seeking a confident Head Waiter to lead the restaurant floor and deliver memorable dining experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise staff, train teams, and ensure flawless service across all shifts.

With a focus on guest satisfaction, you will maintain high standards of food safety and presentation while coordinating with the kitchen and management to optimize operations. Advanced English and hospitality expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Hospitality Management.
• Basic & Intermediate Food Hygiene Certification.
• Leadership and Train-the-Trainer certifications are an advantage
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within a hotel or upscale dining environment
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and service standards
• Experience training and leading multicultural teams
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
