Your Role

The Junior Sales Account Manager for the Military & Uniformed Services will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with military institutions, defense contractors, and uniformed services across the UAE.

This role focuses on delivering tailored wellness solutions—including fitness equipment, digital platforms, and training programs—aligned with the operational and health goals of military personnel.

Location: Mainly Abu Dhabi

Department: HCP Field Sales – Military & Uniformed Services

Contract Type: Permanent Employee

Your Impact
  • Drive new business development within military and defense sectors.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Customize Technogym solutions for military training centers, bases, and rehabilitation units.
  • Conduct presentations, demos, and wellness consultations with key stakeholders.
  • Maintain CRM records and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate with technical, logistics, and service teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Stay informed on military procurement processes and wellness trends.
About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You have a positive and proactive mindset, strong organizational skills and are used to working in a fast-paced environment.

What you should bring:

  • Preferably 1+ years in B2B sales, Ideally in the wellness sector.
  • Familiarity with UAE military procurement and wellness initiatives is a plus.
  • Experience in managing complex deals and selling solutions
  • Experience with CRM software. Knowledge of Salesforce would be a plus
  • Excellent listening, communications and presentation abilities
