Job summary

XTB is a global FinTech company expanding its Sales team in Dubai. The Junior Relationship Manager will acquire and engage clients, follow up on leads, and support growth of XTB’s client base.

The role suits someone with 1–2 years of sales or client-facing experience, who is commercially driven and eager to develop in financial services and online trading. You will receive structured training and ongoing support to develop sales skills, product knowledge, and understanding of financial markets,

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in financial services, brokerage, FX, CFD, FinTech, or a similar industry is required.
• Previous experience in a sales, telesales, relationship management, or business development role is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients and introduce XTB’s products and services.
• Follow up with leads and support conversion of prospects into active clients.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and provide information about XTB’s products and platform.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities.
• Support lead generation and other sales and business development activities.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Communicate with clients through phone, email, and other channels.
• Provide a professional and positive client experience.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and understand their needs and interests.
• Keep clients informed about relevant products and platform features.
