Job summary

XTB is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities and expand the client and partner network in the MENA region. You will focus on strategic partnerships, IBs, and high-value clients, leveraging your market knowledge and network.

You will build long-term commercial relationships, lead negotiations, and work with internal teams to push growth across the market in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Relationship roles.
• Experience in brokerage, CFD, trading, fintech, or financial services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with clients and partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with IBs, partners, and clients; manage pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business development initiatives.
