Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• 0–3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation (Freshers can apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in client interaction and business growth.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
• Knowledge of financial markets or fintech industry is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients through research, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other channels.
• Initiate communication with prospects and understand business requirements.
• Present company services professionally and clearly.
• Maintain and update lead details using CRM tools.
• Support proposal preparation and business presentations.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain client relationships.
• Work towards achieving assigned lead generation and sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for deal closure.
