Qualifications

• 1–3 years in recruitment, manpower supply, staffing, HR services or EOR, in a commercial or client-facing capacity
• Strong English, written and spoken
• Valid UAE residence visa or eligibility to obtain one

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospects across target sectors and build a pipeline from research referrals industry events and direct outreach
• Approach decision-makers by phone, email and in person: project directors, site and construction managers, procurement, HR and talent acquisition
• Understand a client s operational situation to propose recruitment, sourcing or full project workforce solutions
• Prepare commercial proposals, rate build-ups and tender responses in coordination with operations and finance
• Support vendor registration and prequalification processes with major operators, EPC contractors and subcontractors
• Manage client relationships through delivery, working with operations, HR and recruitment teams
• Attend industry events and conferences and represent the company on client sites
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in the CRM
