Job summary

Total Specific Solutions (TSS) in Dubai is seeking a Corporate Business Development Specialist for the MENA region to grow our M&A pipeline. You are the first contact in the acquisition process, researching targets and initiating conversations with founders and C-level executives.

You will map vertical market software markets, build relationships, and report to the Director for the MENA Corporate team within our international M&A network. Remote options may follow after probation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in commercial roles; junior entry into M&A.
• Willing to travel 25% of the time.
• Native Arabic speaker with English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research target B2B software companies in the MENA region.
• Initiate contact with founders and C-level executives to build a pipeline.
• Record meetings and activities in Salesforce and CRM systems.
• Attend trade shows and events to meet targets.
• Support pre-acquisition work with management.
