Job summary

SS International Group in Dubai is seeking a Business Development Manager — Middle East to drive client acquisition and partnerships across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar for SS Finance operations. This full-time role requires identifying new business opportunities, managing the institutional client pipeline, and representing the group at industry events.

A Bachelor in Business with 3–5 years GCC BD experience and fluency in English/Arabic are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years business development experience in the GCC.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Arabic preferred.
• UAE driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business relationships across the GCC region.
• Manage institutional client pipeline and deal flow.
• Represent SS International Group at industry events and networking forums.
• Coordinate with the investment team on client proposals and presentations.
• Develop strategic partnerships with banks, family offices, and institutional investors.
• Prepare monthly business development reports for senior management.
