Responsibilities

• Prepare special meals or substitute items following recipes and quality standards.
• Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters.
• Pull food from freezer storage to thaw in the refrigerator and ensure proper portions and garnish.
• Maintain food logs and monitor quality and quantity of prepared food.
• Inform Chef of excess items and communicate menu specials to service staff.
