Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, partition, chop, and store food; wash and peel fruits and vegetables; weigh, measure, and mix ingredients.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers; cook food according to recipes and quality standards; monitor food quality and temperatures.
• Set up and break down workstation; maintain sanitation and hygiene of kitchen area and tools.
