• Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish.
• Maintain food logs and monitor quality and quantity.
• Inform Chef of excess food items for daily specials.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and motivating employees.
• Follow safety policies, report maintenance and safety issues.
• Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality; protect assets.
• Develop positive relationships and support team goals.
