Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• Related Work Experience: At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to recipes, quality standards, and food preparation checklist.
• Maintain food logs and monitor quality and quantity of prepared items.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and motivating employees.
• Follow all safety and security policies; report maintenance needs and unsafe conditions.
• Inform staff of menu specials and out-of-stock items; ensure professional communication.
• Support team to reach goals and maintain confidentiality and asset protection.
