Job summary

Qualifications

• Related Work Experience: At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare special meals or substitute items and cook according to recipes and standards.
• Regulate temperatures of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters; monitor quality and quantity.
• Maintain food logs and inform staff of menu specials and out-of-stock items.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling and motivating employees.
• Ensure uniform appearance, safety compliance, and confidentiality; address guest needs and teamwork.
