Job summary

Cogent Solutions’ commercial team is seeking an ambitious sales professional to develop new clients and sell participation opportunities across our international conferences and exhibitions in Dubai, UAE. This role is on-site and full-time.

You will identify prospects, conduct outbound outreach, present opportunities, and manage a CRM-driven pipeline to hit monthly revenue targets. Strong English, resilience, and relationship-building are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of B2B sales, exhibition sales, sponsorship sales, delegate sales, or related experience.
• Conference or exhibition-sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience selling large-scale exhibitions will be a significant advantage.
• Confidence conducting outbound calls to international prospects.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Commercially driven with a strong desire to achieve targets.
• Ability to handle objections and follow up consistently.
• Good organizational and CRM-management skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential sponsors, exhibitors, and delegates.
• Conduct outbound sales through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings.
• Present conference and exhibition opportunities to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Follow up with prospects and progress opportunities toward conversion.
• Support the preparation of commercial proposals and packages.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity.
• Research companies and decision-makers across target industries.
• Build professional relationships with international clients.
• Work toward monthly and event-specific revenue targets.
