Job summary

The Doers Agency in Dubai, UAE is seeking a driven Business Development Executive with a focus on B2B sales for events, exhibitions, and marketing services. You will generate new business leads, nurture client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver compelling proposals.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, strong cold-calling and lead-generation skills, and a deep understanding of the UAE market.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales.
• Experience in digital marketing, events, exhibitions, advertising, or related industries is preferred.
• Strong cold-calling and lead-generation skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and industry research.
• Assist with social media, email marketing, and online promotional activities to support business development and lead generation.
• Identify and approach potential clients across corporate, retail, automotive, jewellery, hospitality, and other key sectors.
• Develop new business opportunities for events, exhibitions, mall activations, corporate events, and digital marketing services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key client contacts.
• Attend exhibitions, networking events, conferences, and business meetings to generate qualified leads.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and revenue targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, upcoming exhibitions, events, and business opportunities in the UAE.
