LINKVIVA is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Dubai to manage day-to-day workplace technology across offices and project sites. You will handle end-user support, device provisioning, and collaboration tools, ensuring secure, reliable IT services.

The role spans Windows/macOS support, cloud platforms, device management, and networked security systems, with a hands-on, customer-focused mindset crucial for success.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support and system administration experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Intune MDM.
• Familiarity with Apple Business Manager and device management.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user and workplace technology support across offices and sites.
• Manage devices and lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding, provisioning).
• Administer cloud and collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, SharePoint).
• Maintain security standards and SOPs; enforce least privilege and patching.
