Job summary

EuroTech is looking for an experienced Level 1–2 Technical Support Specialist to provide day-to-day IT support across user devices, networking, Microsoft platforms, servers, storage, and backup systems. Qualifications

5+ years in IT support role
CCNA/MCP/MCSA/Azure certifications or equivalent
Strong TCP/IP networking knowledge
Experience supporting Windows Server and Microsoft 365
Proficient in Windows and macOS
Excellent English communication skills

Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to customers and end users
Respond to, manage, and resolve support tickets in accordance with agreed SLAs
Deliver high-quality remote and telephone-based customer support
Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Internet, VPN, and general network connectivity issues
Diagnose IP addressing, subnetting, VLAN, DNS, and DHCP-related issues
Support and troubleshoot Windows Servers, switches, firewalls, storage, and backup solutions
Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory Domain Services, user accounts, permissions, and Group Policy
Support Microsoft 365 services and common user access issues
Troubleshoot Windows and macOS desktop operating systems and applications
Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or third-party vendors where required
Maintain accurate ticket notes and technical documentation
Assist with user onboarding, device configuration, and general IT administration
