Job summary

LINKVIVA, Dubai-based, seeks an IT Support Specialist to keep workplace tech running across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and KSA sites, warehouses, and live project sites. You will handle end-user support, M365, device and access management, networks, and IT assets, while automating repetitive tasks and applying AI where useful.

You will report to the Systems & Technology Manager and collaborate with IT Admin, department teams, and external vendors to ensure reliable, secure, and well-documented services.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience across service desk and systems administration.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Entra ID, SharePoint) and MDM (Apple Business Manager and Intune).
• Working knowledge of networking (Ubiquiti UniFi), firewalls, VPN, DNS, NAS backups (Synology), IP CCTV, and PBX/VoIP (Yeastar).
• Experience with IT asset, license, and vendor management and cybersecurity basics.
• Hands-on automation experience with n8n, Power Automate, or similar, and comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Based in the UAE with full working rights, flexible for evenings, weekends, travel to Abu Dhabi and KSA.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for Windows and macOS, including setup, troubleshooting, software installation, and peripherals; manage devices via MDM; keep them patched and encrypted.
• Onboard, change roles, and offboard users; manage accounts and access.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace; manage user access and permissions.
• Maintain networks, Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPN, DNS, and connectivity across offices and sites; manage ISP and telecom providers and mobile plans.
• Support meeting rooms and office technology (AV, printers, shared devices).
• Oversee telephony, storage, CCTV, and security systems; coordinate vendors.
• Manage IT asset lifecycle in ERP; track licenses and renewals; optimize tools to control costs.
• Enforce security standards; provide on-site support during live events; travel to Abu Dhabi and KSA when needed.
• Automate processes using n8n or Power Automate; integrate platforms via APIs; explore AI tool adoption.
• Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and documentation; train colleagues on new tools.
