Job summary

TalentBridge Dubai in Dubai is seeking a multi-skilled IT & Web Support Specialist to own day-to-day IT needs, support basic website updates, and assist with light graphic design and CMS tasks.

You will manage office systems, provide technical support, set up devices and networks, and work with external vendors as needed, while keeping licenses, backups and records up to date.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in general IT support, web maintenance, or office tech environments.
• Proficient in basic web development or CMS tools (WordPress or similar).
• Comfortable using graphic tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) for simple marketing tasks.
• Strong understanding of Windows/Mac troubleshooting, basic networking, and computer security setup.
• Must be based in Dubai or ready to relocate immediately.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Our client is seeking a multi-skilled IT & Web Support Specialist to take ownership of day-to-day IT needs across the company. This is a hands-on, all-rounder role for someone who can manage internal tech infrastructure, support basic website and social media updates, and handle light graphic design tasks as needed.

This role suits a technically competent individualwith solid troubleshooting ability and broad exposure to general IT support from setting up systems and devices to handling light CMS work and supporting the office team.
