Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking an IT Analyst to ensure smooth operation of IT systems across stores in the UAE. You’ll support ERP engagements, manage databases, and drive deployments of NAV/BC and D365 modules in coordination with regional IT operations.

A strong focus on data quality, incident handling, and cross‑functional collaboration is required. The role emphasizes integration of digital IT solutions for stores and online channels, with involvement in market expansion projects and ongoing system

Qualifications

5+ years as IT analyst in retail.
Degree in CS/IT or related field.
ERP knowledge: NAV/BC, D365, CRM365.
Databases: SQL and Oracle.
1–2 years experience in D365, BC or NAV.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain business applications and databases to improve efficiency and data quality.
Serve as primary contact for day-to-day IT operations across stores and regions.
Implement and integrate digital IT solutions with project teams.
Support market expansion projects with IT configuration and implementations.
Develop and implement D365/NAV/BC solutions and integrations.
Ensure performance and availability of critical IT infrastructure and applications.
