Job summary
Al-Futtaim Group is seeking an IT Analyst to ensure seamless operation of IT systems within the store, supporting ERP engagements, upgrades, and integrations with the Regional IT Operations Manager. The role concentrates on maintaining performance and availability of IT infrastructure and applications to support daily sales and coworker productivity.
Responsibilities include managing business apps and databases, serving as the primary IT operations contact for multiple stores regionally,
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT analyst roles within retail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- ERP solutions including Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC, D365, and CRM365
- Experience managing databases (SQL, Oracle) and troubleshooting issues
- 1-2 years of experience with D365, BC, or NAV
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain business applications and databases to improve system operations and data quality
- Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day IT operations support across multiple stores and regions
- Coordinate the rollout of digital and IT solutions for stores and online channels with project teams
- Support market expansion projects with configuration and implementation of ERP solutions
- Develop and integrate D365/NAV/BC solutions and ensure performance of critical IT infrastructure
