Job summary

Al-Futtaim Group seeks a System Analyst to coordinate upgrades and maintenance for NAV/BC/D365, CRM, and cloud solutions across UAE, Qatar, Egypt, and Oman. You will align business processes with IKEA concepts and Al-Futtaim standards, working closely with IT and business users.

The role requires 7+ years in ERP projects, strong Dynamics 365/NAV experience, SQL expertise, and API integration skills. UAE-based with a focus on retail ERP delivery and cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Computer Science or IT with 7+ years in business analysis, system design & development, and ERP implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or NAV/Business Central, Azure DevOps or other CI/CD tools.
• Experience with API integrations, testing and basic cloud operations (AWS or Azure).

Responsibilities

• System upgrades and coordination for MS NAV/BC/D365 and cloud projects across UAE, Qatar, Egypt and Oman.
• Document functional specs, translate business needs into requirements, and support data migration with governance.
• Identify process improvements and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting with SQL databases.
