Job summary

Al Khaznah Leathers is seeking an IT Support Officer to provide day-to-day IT support across AKL and EBL, ensuring reliable operation of hardware, software, networks, user accounts, and business systems. You will support Microsoft 365, manage user access, monitor tickets, assist with ERP implementations, and help maintain IT security and asset inventories across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in IT/CS.
• 2–4 years IT support experience.
• Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and basic cybersecurity.
• ERP systems experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and user accounts.
• Manage Microsoft 365, email access, and user permissions.
• Monitor and resolve IT support tickets within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and user accounts.
• Manage Microsoft 365, email access, and user permissions.
• Monitor and resolve IT support tickets within agreed timelines.
• Support network, servers, backups, antivirus, and cybersecurity activities.
• Maintain IT hardware, software licenses, and asset inventory.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, hardware troubleshooting, and basic cybersecurity.
• Experience supporting ERP systems and multi-site environments is an advantage.
