Job summary

Confidential in Dubai is seeking a capable IT Support Technician to assist staff with computer hardware and software issues and to maintain the company’s IT systems.

You will install, configure, and service computers, printers, and peripherals; troubleshoot Windows OS, applications, and network connectivity; set up email accounts and access permissions; and help with basic LAN/Wi‑Fi tasks and routine maintenance. The role requires clear communication and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT or CS preferred.
• Experience in IT support is advantageous.
