Job summary

Al Khaznah Leathers in Abu Dhabi seeks a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central administrator to optimize ERP across manufacturing, retail, and e-commerce operations. You will oversee configuration, master data, and system performance while acting as the ERP superuser.

You will develop Power BI dashboards, support implementations and integrations, ensure data accuracy, and train users. A strong background in production, inventory and procurement processes is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, CS, or BIS.
• Minimum 5 years with Dynamics 365 BC as superuser/administrator.
• Experience in ERP implementations across manufacturing, retail, or ecommerce.
• Knowledge of ERP processes including production, inventory, procurement, and sales.
• Experience with Power BI and reporting is preferred.
• BC certification is an advantage.

Job description

The role is responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across AKL’s manufacturing, retail, and e-commerce operations to ensure system efficiency, data accuracy, user adoption, process improvement, and effective business reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central configuration, users, master data, and system performance.
• Act as the ERP superuser and internal functional expert for all Business Central modules.
• Support ERP implementation, upgrades, integrations, testing, and system enhancements.
• Support manufacturing, inventory, procurement, warehouse, retail, POS, and e-commerce operations.
• Ensure accurate data flow between ERP, e-commerce platforms, and business systems.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports for operational and management insights.
• Provide ERP training, user support, troubleshooting, and maintain system documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as a superuser, administrator, or functional consultant.
• Experience in ERP implementation, manufacturing, retail, or e-commerce environments.
• Strong knowledge of ERP processes including production, inventory, procurement, and sales.
• Experience with Power BI, system integrations, and business reporting is preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certification is an advantage.
