Zusammenfassung

Jumbo Electronic Co. Ltd ( LLC ) is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Administrator in Dubai to manage desktop imaging with MDT, SCCM client deployment, and enterprise IT operations.

The role covers GPOs, security policy enforcement, and documentation to standardize procedures across the organization. You will work with Citrix, telephony systems, and MDM tools while supporting Windows Server environments and a mix of mobile devices.

Qualifikationen

• Experience deploying desktop images using MDT and managing SCCM clients.

Jobbeschreibung

• Experience working with Creating Desktop Images using MDT, Managing SCCM Clients, SCCM Task Sequences, GPO's, Security Policies, Design Documentation, Operational Procedures, Training Support Teams, Deploy High Quality MSI Packages
• Hands-on working experience in Microsoft Office 365, MS EDGE, Kaspersky Antivirus, MDM tools, MAC OS, iOS, and performance management utilities.
• Network troubleshooting and good knowledge in Networking, Internet Protocols and Wi-Fi.
• Management and administration of a domain-based machines running Microsoft Windows Servers. Manage, administer, and troubleshoot Mobile devices and Voice telephony.
• Troubleshooting system and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
• Administering, troubleshooting network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment.
• Develop sound understanding of IT operations and related applications and IT systems as well as business related processes and procedures
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Enterprise Applications running windows, Citrix, network applications, printers, computer hardware any other peripheral equipment
• Knowledge on Avaya/Cisco Telephony Products (including Cisco Unified Call Manager, Cisco Voice Mail Solution, Session Manager, Communication Manager, Communication Manager Messaging, Agile Communication Environment, Application Enablement Services, Presence Services, Session Border Controller)
• Hands on experience working with mobile devices such as iPhone, iPads, and Mobile Device Management tools eg: Airwatch, lntune etc.
• Responsible for building technical documentation, reports, guidelines, procedures and ensure they are shared with users.
• ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
• Working in 24 *7 Shifts is Mandate.
