Job summary

Coforge Limited in the United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi) is seeking an on-site IT support specialist to manage imaging, AD joining, SCCM onboarding, and application installation for Windows devices. You will deliver hands-on support for end-user hardware such as docking stations, monitors, printers, laptops and desktops, and perform asset handovers and audits.

Responsibilities

• Perform reimaging and Windows-based maintenance of endpoints.
• AD joining, SCCM onboarding, and application installation for Windows laptops/desktops.
• Provide on-site end-user support for devices including docking stations, monitors, printers, laptops, desktops, and performance issues.
• Manage IT asset handover to new users and asset collection from resigned employees.
• Conduct physical asset verification and audits as directed by Asset Management.
• Revisit users to complete SCCM onboarding after Data Centre notifications.
• Support meeting room setups and resolve display/Teams connectivity issues.
• Support Flight Information Display Systems (FIDS) with installation, relocation and maintenance of 43, 55, and 85 inch displays.
• Troubleshoot and support MDM enrolled devices, including Company Portal and policy sync with Data Centre.
• Assist with office moves by disconnecting, relocating and reconnecting PCs and peripherals.
• Replace printer consumables including toner cartridges and ribbons.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, data centre, and support teams to resolve hardware and software issues.

Job description

• Perform reimaging, Active Directory (AD) joining, SCCM onboarding, and application installation for Windows laptops and desktops.
• Provide on-site support and troubleshooting for end-user devices, including docking stations, monitors, printers, laptops, desktops, and system performance issues.
• Manage IT asset handover to new users and collection of assets from resigned employees.
• Conduct physical asset verification and audits as directed by the Asset Management team.
• Revisit users as required to complete SCCM onboarding activities following notifications from the Data Centre team.
• Provide meeting room support, including troubleshooting laptop-to-display connectivity, audio/video issues, and Microsoft Teams meeting challenges.
• Support Flight Information Display Systems (FIDS), including installation, relocation, mounting, and maintenance of 43\", 55\", and 85\" display units.
• Perform reimaging and maintenance of FIDS controllers and other Windows-based display management devices.
• Troubleshoot and support Mobile Device Management (MDM) enrolled devices, including Company Portal issues and policy synchronization activities in coordination with the Data Centre team.
• Disconnect, relocate, and reconnect PCs, peripherals, and accessories during office moves and workspace reconfigurations.
• Install and replace printer consumables, including toner cartridges and ribbons.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, data centre, and support teams to ensure timely resolution of hardware and software issues.
