Job summary

EBSOR Infosystems Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic IT Sales Specialist to drive growth across the UAE. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and build lasting client relationships.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in IT or B2B software sales, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and experience with CRM tools. Travel across the UAE is expected to meet clients and close deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field.
• 2–5 years of IT, ERP, SaaS, or B2B software sales.
• Proven field sales experience within UAE.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel extensively across UAE for client meetings.
• Existing network of corporate clients is an advantage.
• Arabic language skills are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities across the UAE through field sales, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Visit prospective customers to understand their business requirements and present suitable software solutions.
• Handle inbound enquiries from website, social media, and digital campaigns.
• Promote and sell ERP, POS, CRM, HRMS, logistics, accounting, and custom software solutions.
• Conduct face-to-face client meetings, product presentations, and software demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers based on customer requirements.
• Follow up with prospects and manage the complete sales cycle until closure.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits and opportunities in the CRM.
• Coordinate with technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new opportunities.
