Black Pearl Consult is seeking a highly motivated IT Sales professional who can speak Tagalog to drive new business in Dubai. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in hardcore sales and can close deals in a competitive market.

You will lead generation, prospecting, and relationship management, align product offerings with client needs, and work with marketing to optimize strategies. Strong communication, resilience, and CRM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales lead generation or business development.

Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients through various channels (online research networking cold calling email campaigns etc.).
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
Conduct outreach to generate interest and set up meetings with potential clients.
Understand client needs and present appropriate products or services.
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets.
