Black Pearl Consult in Dubai is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Solutions Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will build and nurture client relationships, understand client needs, and tailor business solutions to help clients achieve objectives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

You will identify opportunities, present proposals, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or business solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Strong understanding of business solutions products and services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and provide customized business solutions to meet their objectives.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and business plans for clients.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM systems.
