The role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering value-based solutions.

The candidate will manage proposals, contracts, and service agreements while collaborating with delivery and account teams to close deals and meet targets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in service sales, solution sales.
• Strong understanding of services, managed services, or professional services sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Aufgaben

• Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Promote and sell IT service offerings including support contracts, managed services, and consulting services.
• Engage with customers to understand their business needs and propose value-added service solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and service agreements.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with delivery, technical, and account management teams to develop winning solutions.
• Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and negotiations.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports using CRM tools.
• Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
