Job summary

GBM in Dubai seeks an experienced Service Sales professional to drive revenue by selling maintenance contracts, managed services, and consulting offerings to existing and new customers. You will focus on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering value-driven solutions.

The role requires 8+ years in service or solution sales, with excellent negotiation, presentation, and CRM-based forecasting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in service sales or solution sales.
• Strong understanding of services, maintenance contracts, managed services, or professional services sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Promote and sell service offerings including maintenance, support contracts, managed services, and consulting services.
• Engage with customers to understand their business needs and propose value-added service solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and service agreements.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with delivery, technical, and account management teams to develop winning solutions.
• Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and negotiations.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports using CRM tools.
• Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• KPIs include service revenue growth, new contracts, renewals, gross margin, retention.
