Job summary

Aujan Coca-Cola Beverages Company (ACCBC) is seeking an IT Lead for Sales Applications, Integrations and Automation in Dubai. You will guide ERP/D365 rollout, manage integrations, and drive AI-enabled automation across ACCBC's multi-country operations.

Role requires senior IT leadership, cross-functional stakeholder engagement, and a focus on secure, cost-efficient IT services and regional execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• Certifications in Dynamics 365, ITIL, PMP or PRINCE2 are highly desirable.
• 12+ years IT leadership experience in large, multi-country organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP and D365 rollout across geographies, focusing on Order to Cash processes.
• Own integration/interface landscape for ERP and linked apps, ensuring reliability and governance.
• Drive automation, workflows, and AI features inside assigned applications.
• Lead regional IT teams, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-country IT initiatives.
• Ensure security, compliance, and IT service management practices across scope.
