Job summary

ADC in Dubai seeks an Associate Principal for Digital Application Operations to oversee stability, performance and support for our digital platforms, APIs, CRM, and ERP systems. You will lead incident response, governance, DR planning, and automation initiatives, partnering with vendor and internal teams to deliver reliable services.

The role emphasizes Azure expertise, observability, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; master’s preferred.
• 7–10 years in Application Operations, System Engineering, Production Support, or Solution Architecture.
• Strong experience with Azure cloud technologies and enterprise digital platforms.
• Knowledge of APIs, CRM and ERP systems, and related enterprise apps.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational stability, availability and performance of digital applications, APIs, CRM and ERP systems.
• Monitor application, infrastructure, database, and network environments using enterprise tools.
• Lead major incident response and RCA; implement preventive actions.
• Oversee production releases, deployments, governance and operational readiness.
• Manage Disaster Recovery plans, testing and recovery objectives.
• Vendor and stakeholder management; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Drive automation and AiOps initiatives for scalable operations.
