Job summary

tech carrot, based in Dubai, UAE, seeks a proactive ERP Project Lead / Business Analyst to drive multiple ERP and business transformation initiatives. You will bridge business users, project teams, IT, and partners to ensure seamless execution of CRP, UAT, and deployment activities.

The role focuses on project execution, stakeholder coordination, and business readiness across supply chain, logistics and manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, IT, Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in ERP implementation, business transformation, or project coordination roles.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities between business teams, IT teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Track project milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status review sessions.
• Prepare project status reports and management updates.
• Drive CRP/UAT coordination and go-live readiness.
