Job summary

ACCBC seeks an IT Lead for Sales Applications, Integrations and Automation in Dubai. You will drive ERP transformations, integration architecture, and automation across multiple geographies, ensuring reliable, secure IT services and cost control.

The role requires leading regional IT teams, partnering with stakeholders, and delivering AI-enabled capabilities while aligning with enterprise IT standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Proven experience leading IT for Sales/Route to Market, AI-enabled apps, integrations & automation.
• Strong knowledge of ERP, D365, workflows, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Define IT roadmap with stakeholders and gain governance approval.
• Lead D365 Order to Cash, adoption, and value realization programs.
• Own integration landscape, interfaces, and master data controls.
• Ensure IT infrastructure availability, security, and SCALABLE cloud services.
• Drive automation, low-code workflows, and AI features in scope.
• Lead regional IT teams and manage cross-functional dependencies.
